WINFLOW-SF  Non-chloride AE water reducer (Accelerators Type) KSF 2560


Naphthalene condensates and modified calcium salts are the main ingredients for AE high range water reducer (accelerators). It can be used without concerns about corrosion and promotes the hydration of cement so that the initial strength is increased and the freezing temperature is decreased which makes it suitable for construction during the winter season.

USAGE

Ready mix concrete plant or Batch plant field

Concrete secondary products manufacturing plant

General construction and civil engineering structures

Concrete work during winter

Concrete required copper inhibition and non-chloride .



DOSAGE


*
Typical ratios of 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cement are suggested.
*
Trial mixes are adjusted in the field when necessary to meet the site specifications.
*
Excessive cement in concrete can be harmful.


 

ADVANTAGES

By limiting chloride, the prevention of rebar corrosion and corrosion rust is possible
*
The unit quantity of concrete (more than 14% water reducing ratio) is reduced.
*
Appropriate amount of air entraining and shortened construction period (Early demolding)

* Increase in initial strength.
