WINFLOW-SH    High Performance AE Water Reducing Agent (Standard Type) KSF 2560

WINFLOW-SH is a liquid type AE water reducing admixture based on polycarboxylate ether and lignosulfate system. It enables concrete to be produced highly workable with improved slump and air content retention in such mixing conditions of a large quantity of flyash and slag powder.

It improves the quality of high strength concrete by reducing W/C ratio, and also gives good workability.


l USAGE

* Ready mix concrete plant or Batch plant field
* Building, Civil and constructions, and ordinary structures
* Light weight concrete
Concrete secondary products


l DOSAGE

* Typical ratios of 0.3% to 1.5% by weight of cement are suggested. Please test concrete to make sure each batch meets the exact specification on site.
* The dosage range is applicable to most concrete mixtures using typical concrete ingredients.  

   However, variations in job conditions and concrete materials, such as silica fume, may requires

   dosages outside the recommended range.


l ADVANTAGES

* Improved strength and crack inhibition can be obtained by high water reduction
* High workability of concrete with improved slump and air content retention
* Hydration heat can be lowered by reduction of cement
* Promotes usage of cementitious supplementary materials such as fly ash blast furnace slag

   and silica fume.
