WINFLOW-GSS High performance AE high range water reducer (Polycarboxylic Copolymer)- early strength concrete
WINFLOW-SS is a high performance AE high range water reducer that uses polyethylene glycol alkyl ether as the main ingredient.
When making structures that required early strength development or mixture resubstitution concrete, concretes with excellent strength and durability enhancement can be manufactured due to the excellent water reducing power and reducing the unit quantity. In spite of the excellent early strength, slump and entrained air are maintained for long periods of time. It also provides excellent workability regardless of the poor concrete aggregate.
● USAGE
* Structures required early demolding by securing early strength
* Concrete with more than 20% binder substitution
* Concrete using slag cement exclusively
* When improving the workability based on the reduction of slump variation and air entraining variation
* Unit quantity reduction
● DOSAGE
* Typical ratios of 0.5% to 3.0% by weight of cement are suggested. Please test concrete to make sure each batch meets the exact specification on site.
● ADVANTAGES
* The early strength of concrete structures (day1 and day 3) is excellent.
* Reduction in concrete bleeding by improving resistance to segregation of materials
* High durability concrete can be obtained due to the significant reduction in unit quantities
* It has excellent workability because it decreases concrete viscosity.

● PROPERTIES
* Appearance : Light yellow/brown liquid
* Specific gravity : 1.050±0.05(20℃)
* pH : 6.5±3.0
* Main ingredient: Polyethylene glycol alkyl ether
● Precautions
* Non-toxic, non-flammable and non-product should be washed thoroughly with water.
* When mixing with other products, precipitation and gelation phenomenon may occur so that it should be prevented to be mixed with other admixtures and foreign matter such as rain from entering.
* When storing cement for long periods of time, it shall be stored in stainless steel or FRP tank.
* If concrete freezes, it can be used after melting it completely and recheck the amount of entrained air.
